Ability to set a header (Expires:) based on a column in a table/view

Hi folks, I couldn't find anything like this issue in the backlog, so hopefully there's no duplicate.

We've got some data that's current for a long time (e.g. a reference table) and some other data that's only valid for minutes/hours. In order to benefit from CDN caching of our API responses, we define an [Expires: header](https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/Headers/Expires) in our API that's sourced from a column in the table. We do this with Azure function apps served from a database to good effect today.

Is there any way to set an Expires header within the Data API Builder, sourced from the database?
