There is a flaky test in the PR:https://github.com/Azure/data-api-builder/pull/1649 in `TelemetryTests.cs` , `TestTelemetryItemsAreSentCorrectly_NonHostedScenario`.
It has some asserts on capturing RequestTelemetry Items, these asserts are commented out as we are not able to correctly capture these requests in tests, But it's working fine when checked manually, and all the api requests are getting sent to application Insighths.
NEED to fix this test.
