Beschreibung
In the current CI tests for cosmos, containers are deleted after finishing the test runs. There are cases where they are not being deleted (stopping in middle of a run could be a scenario). Identify the scenarios and plug the gap accordingly to ensure containers are always deleted after running the tests.
