Unable to connect to Azure Storage from Pega using Microsoft Azure Storage SDK v8.6.4 for Java anymore

we have noticed that we couldn’t connect to Azure Blob Storage using SDK. We end up seeing “ HTTP/1.1 400 The value for one of the HTTP headers is not in the correct format” error with x-ms-version: 2013-08-15 header.
Seems like this is the default header value that SDK sets. When we changed the version to 2018-03-28, we didn’t run into any issues.

Please let us know if anything has changed recently at the Azure Storage that’s causing this issue.
