### What problem was encountered?
"Blob API is not yet supported for hierarchical namespace accounts."
SDK has no way of connecting to hierarchical namespace accounts (and Azure Data Lake Gen2 currently does not support other APIs such as Blob APIs).

### Have you found a mitigation/solution?
None found so far.

No source files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by tracing how the Python SDK connects to hierarchical namespace accounts and where the Blob API limitation is raised; done should mean a defined and tested way to support the requested account type without that error.
