Implementing MutableMapping for blob stores

It would be great if there was an object that implemented the [`MutableMapping` interface]( https://docs.python.org/3/library/collections.abc.html#collections-abstract-base-classes ) and could wrap up other blob stores (e.g. `BlockBlobService`). This way one could use the `MutableMapping` interface easily to access and manipulate data stored on Azure.
