az pipelines run should return the pipeline validation error

Whenever I run a pipeline from the command-line and there is a validation error, I must run with `--debug` in order to see the error in the verbose logging.

**Describe the solution you'd like**

I would like to see the validation error in the main error message.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**

As stated, I currently run `--debug` as a workaround.

Currently the following error is given:

In the verbose log I can find the explanation:

In this case apparently there was an unexpected parameter `testFolder` on line 38, column 17.

Comece com o comando az pipelines run na extensão azure-devops e reproduza a falha de validação relatada, comparando a saída normal com --debug. Considera-se concluído quando os detalhes da validação, incluindo o parâmetro inesperado e a linha/coluna, aparecem na mensagem de erro principal.
