Kusto: 'azdev test --live azext_kusto.kusto' runs the wrong tests

Hi,
I'm trying to publish new CLI client.

The client is successfully generated and all the manual tests are passing as expected.
When I try to run automatic tests (by running "azdev test --live azext_kusto.kusto" or "aztev test kusto"), the command runs the 'test_kusto_commands' file instead of the usual 'test_kusto_scenario' file (that is also overriden in the manual folder).

This blocks me from releasing the client as the test recording are not generated.

Please let me know how can I fix the issue.

Comienza ejecutando los comandos de prueba de azdev mencionados para azext_kusto.kusto y sigue el motivo por el que seleccionan test_kusto_commands en lugar de test_kusto_scenario en la carpeta manual. Se considera terminado cuando se ejecutan las pruebas de escenario previstas y se generan sus grabaciones para el release.
