[BUG] Unable to fetch single api from apim using configuration file

### Describe the bug

https://github.com/Azure/apiops/issues/813 this was the bug i raised and it didn't get solved. It got closed the the Github team. Please help.

I used the latest configuration file as below
apis:

creditapp-api
backends: [ignore]

gateways: [ignore]

diagnostics: [ignore]

groups: [ignore]

loggers: [ignore]

named_values:

tenant-id
creditapp-api-appid
google-maps-key
products: [ignore]

subscriptions: [ignore]

tags: [ignore]

policy_fragments: [ignore]

version_sets: [ignore]

workspaces: [ignore]

but still i am getting the same result.

It should fetch the single api

### Actual behavior

its fetching all the apis and its details

Prüfe Issue 813 zusammen mit der neuesten Konfigurationsdatei, die in diesem Issue gezeigt wird, und reproduziere das Verhalten mit dem Release v7.0.0-alpha.3.0.0. Verfolge, warum die Konfiguration jede API statt nur creditapp-api abruft; als erledigt gilt die Aufgabe, wenn die konfigurierte einzelne API und ihre Details abgerufen werden, ohne die anderen abzurufen.
