[Question] API Entity sets and functions

### Question Details

I'm new to APIOps and have recently implemented it within our company. However, we've run into an issue.

When we create an API in the DEV environment that includes "Entity sets and functions," these are not carried over when we promote the API to UAC and/or PRD.

### Expected behavior

I would expect that everything created within the API would also be included in the pipeline to UAC and PRD."

### Actual behavior

At the moment, the API itself is transferred, but not all of its components—such as the entity sets and functions—are included.

### Reproduction Steps

Create API
Create entity sets and functions within the API
Run pipeline for extractor
Run pipeline for publisher
