[FEATURE] Authorization servers not exported by Extractor

### Describe the bug

The extractor pipeline doesn't seem to export data for any authorization servers. Despite https://azure.github.io/apiops/apiops/3-apimTools/apiops-2-1-tools-extractor.html stating that extractor exports this artifact ("Authorization server information"), I never see the extractor even looking for this data when I peruse the log file. Hopefully I'm missing something simple here.

Authorization server info will be exported by Extractor

### Actual behavior

I can't find where my Authorization Server data is exported by Extractor.

### Reproduction Steps

I have an APIM instance with three different authorization servers. I run the Extractor pipeline and it executes successfully - no failures. However, I can't find any information in the output that looks like my authorization servers. And when I look in the log file for the artifacts created by running the Extractor pipeline, I don't see any mention of the word "authorization" . Am I looking for the wrong string?
