Incorrect type hint for azure.ai.ml.sweep.Choice

The definition of `azure.ai.ml.sweep.Choice` specifies `values: List[float | str | dict] | None` but the list type is invariant.
Normal usage would be to pass `values: list[str]`, for example, which results in a type error.
`List` should be replaced with `typing.Sequence` in this context

Search the Azure ML SDK definition of azure.ai.ml.sweep.Choice and inspect the values type hint. Replace the invariant list annotation with the requested sequence annotation, then verify that a list[str] value no longer produces a type error using the project's available type-checking or test workflow.
