Virtual Network, VM, Private End Point, and Compute Kernel Errors

I am unable to run any scripts in the Machine Learning Notebooks, despite being able to successfully create compute clusters and instances that are attached to the virtual network. The only I error I get is: "Kernel Error".

Start with the Machine Learning Notebook kernel setup and the virtual network, private endpoint, and compute configuration described in the report. Use the attached kernel-error and workspace-diagnostics images while comparing a failing notebook run with the successfully created compute resources. Done means identifying the cause of the kernel error and validating a documented fix or reproducible diagnosis.
