Web: Allow fast filtering on tags in "Experiments"

I have some experiments with many tags. E.g a tag "use_gpu:False" (or True). I want to quicly look at the experiments with "use_gpu:True". Today I have to do several steps to make this happen (Use the "Add filter"-"Tags"-"Key:value"). It would be nice if I could get some tag-filtering with fewer clicks. I have a column called tags, and when I click on "..." there I get all the key-values for a Run. Maybe I could click on those tags to make them filters? IDK, I am not a UX engineer, I just know that I now have to click many clicks :-p
