Migration of OMS Agent to Azure Monitor Agent for ADB Clusters

As many of you know from the [announcement](https://github.com/microsoft/OMS-Agent-for-Linux#overview)

> The Log Analytics agent is on a deprecation path and won't be supported after August 31, 2024. If you use the Log Analytics agent to ingest data to Azure Monitor, make sure to  [migrate to the new Azure Monitor agent](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-monitor/agents/azure-monitor-agent-migration)  prior to that date.

Could you update the documentation on how to configure the AMA to the Databricks VM

Start with the linked OMS Agent announcement and Azure Monitor agent migration guide to understand the required transition. Then locate the repository documentation covering Databricks VM monitoring and update its AMA configuration guidance; done means the documentation explains how to configure AMA for Databricks VMs and no longer relies on the deprecated Log Analytics agent.
