### Minimal steps to reproduce
> Connect to Database, go to notebook in databases/notebook/01-set-up-database.ipynb in Azure Data Studio
> Run step by step commands untill text `Now you are ready to bring in the data.`
### Any log messages given by the failure
>Got error in the notebook, while beign connected to the db. I think the issue is wth SAS signature.
### Expected/desired behavior
> Command run successfully and Routes table gets populated
### OS and Version?
> Windows 10
