MCP Server

When running the 3.1-sk-with-mcp.ipynb whatever is entered as question, the MCP server returns following error:

Function failed. Error: Parameter params is required but not provided in the arguments.

It seems as the def get_subscription_detail(params: SubscriptionIdParam) -> SubscriptionDetail: doesn't get an argument.

Start by running 3.1-sk-with-mcp.ipynb with a question and inspect the MCP function invocation around get_subscription_detail(params: SubscriptionIdParam). Trace why params is not passed to ContosoMCP-get_subscription_detail; the issue is done when the notebook invokes the function without the reported parameter error.
