Dependabot Graph analysis out of date

Somehow need to froce dependabot analysis in Security tab to run again as it's looking at an outdated graph.

Start in the repository's Security tab and inspect the Dependabot analysis and dependency graph status. Determine how the outdated graph can be refreshed or the analysis rerun; done means the Security tab reflects a current graph and analysis.
