Failed to Connect to MCP Inspector

**Description:**
When following the [README.md](https://github.com/Azure-Samples/remote-mcp-apim-functions-python) instructions to connect the MCP Inspector to the API Management SSE endpoint, the Inspector connection fails with a DNS resolution error. The error is as follows:

**Repro Steps:**

1. Run `azd auth login`.
2. Run `azd init -t Azure-Samples/remote-mcp-apim-functions-python`.
3. Run `azd up`.
4. Run `npx @modelcontextprotocol/inspector`.
5. Open the MCP Inspector web app ->Set the transport type to SSE -> Set the url to `https://.azure-api.net/mcp/sse` -> Click `Connect`.

**Environment:**

- Azd version: azd version 1.14.0 (commit c928795c47f27d1e997c217147dc649054ac05c8)
- OS: Windows

**Expected behavior:**
Connect to Azure function app from a client successfully.
