The [README.md](https://github.com/Azure-Samples/remote-mcp-apim-functions-python) is missing the `azd auth login` and `azd init -t Azure-Samples/remote-mcp-apim-functions-python` commands, as follows:
**Suggestion:**
Add `azd auth login` and `azd init -t Azure-Samples/remote-mcp-apim-functions-python` commands to README.md.
