Failed to Connect to MCP Inspector

Description:
When following the [README.md](https://github.com/Azure-Samples/remote-mcp-apim-functions-python) instructions to connect the MCP Inspector to the API Management SSE endpoint, the Inspector connection fails because Unauthorized from MCP server.


Repro Steps:

Run azd auth login.
Run azd init -t Azure-Samples/remote-mcp-apim-functions-python.
Run azd up.
Run npx @modelcontextprotocol/inspector.
Open the MCP Inspector web app ->Set the transport type to SSE -> Set the url to https://.azure-api.net/mcp/sse -> Click Connect

Expected behavior:
Connect to Azure function app from a client successfully.

Start with README.md and reproduce the documented flow using azd auth login, azd up, and npx @modelcontextprotocol/inspector. Check the SSE URL shown in the azd output and the authentication expected by the API Management endpoint. Done means the MCP Inspector connects successfully to the deployed Azure Function app through the SSE endpoint.
