Requires me to log in and then denies me entry with my live,com account.

The link seems to point to some internal Microsoft sharepoint site and is not available for us on the outside.

Follow the Step 2 link under “Reference Azure AI resources” while logged out, then verify the access failure described for a live.com account. Locate where this link is maintained and replace or correct it so non-Microsoft users can reach the referenced instructions, then retest the link without an internal Microsoft account.
