After azd deploy, click the endpoint of service orders responded with a status of 504:

**Repro Steps:**

1. azd init -t
2. azd package
3. azd provision
4. azd deploy, click the endpoint of service `orders`.

**Environment:**
OS: Windows
Azd version: azd version 0.8.0-beta.1-daily.2689578 (commit 3b28fc8f84717d732f646a3e3b9521204f122112)

**Expected behavior:**
After deployment, the page can be opened normally.

Reproduziere die Bereitstellung mit azd init, azd package, azd provision und azd deploy und öffne anschließend den Endpunkt des orders-Dienstes unter Windows. Untersuche den bereitgestellten orders-Dienst und seine Azure-Konfiguration; abgeschlossen ist die Aufgabe, wenn der Endpunkt normal geöffnet wird, anstatt HTTP 504 zurückzugeben.
