Angular Spa not work, html is not valid

In angular spa sample the page 'app.component.html' has nested 'a' elements, and not works because when push button, main 'a' refresh the page before redirecto to microsoft page.

changing 'a' by 'div' works well.

Open the Angular SPA sample's app.component.html and inspect the nested a elements around the button and Microsoft redirect. Apply the issue's proposed element change, then verify that activating the button no longer refreshes the page and still redirects to Microsoft.
