Problem with start_substring in Figure_understanding notebook

you use the tag: start_substring ((figures/{idx})) to get the proper figure in the markdown. However in my case this tag does not appear at all. Only figure tag is present. Which version did you use for this implementation?

Open Python(v4.0)/Retrieval_Augmented_Generation_(RAG)_samples/sample_figure_understanding.ipynb and inspect where start_substring ((figures/{idx})) is used to select figures. Reproduce the reported output, determine which implementation or version introduced the tag, and document the verified version or update the sample so the expected figure marker is consistent.
