Request a command to keep working on sites after completing them

I love this idea and believe it will work. Building a theme or site from scratch can be time-consuming and requires a lot of context, but I’m willing to accept that effort.

Once there, though, I’d like the option to review a theme or site in a new context. If changes or additions are needed, I don’t think it should require starting over.

A new workflow, like **/review-site** or **/review-theme**, could make it easier to keep evolving the site.

No files or tests are named. Start by mapping the existing site and theme creation workflow and its command entry point, then define how a review command would resume work without starting over; done means the requested follow-up workflow is specified and usable.
