Sticky header with frozen column on window scroll

first of all, thanks for the handy library,
I saw the comment in the issue https://github.com/Autodesk/react-base-table/issues/281,
but still have questions about how to apply `sticky` on the header with `frozen columns`,

I knew the frozen columns are rendered as another table and got fixed by `position: absolute` so the css may be hard to tweak,
I am not sure is there any solution I can do in current version,
look forward to hear any suggestion.
