Description

At the Pangeo Australia meeting in March 2022 we had a discussion about using Anaconda for commercial projects. It was suggested that we might want to make sure to only install packages from conda-forge (and not the default Anaconda-managed channel) so as to not violate the Anaconda Terms of Service for commercial use (e.g. [miniforge](https://github.com/conda-forge/miniforge) can be used for this purpose). Looking more closely at the Terms of Service changes, I think in most cases we are not engaged in "heavy commercial usage" and thus using the Anaconda channel (and the Anaconda distribution itself) should be fine.
