Start by reproducing the issue through TheArtOfDev.HtmlRenderer.PdfSharp.PdfGenerator.GeneratePdf using the HTML and configuration shown, comparing the first and second runs and a save into a new folder. Trace the line-height handling in the renderer and review linked pull request #105 for prior work. Done means line-height is applied consistently on the first run after build or save.
