Graph to show grades progression

It would be nice to see grades progression using a chart in the grade page.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Firstly, we would need a way to open a pages containing graph (let's call it course_dashboard) that would open up from a grade details page. Then, we could add a graph in a scroll view to show 2 series (one for my grade and one for group average)

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Anything can be used as alternative, conditional to have made a design of it which was accepted by the team prior to do development.
