Description
Check for `GLIBC_` and GLIBCXX_ in the payload and refuse to build AppImage if too new.
Similar to https://github.com/probonopd/linuxdeployqt/commit/b9b57e266e080aab0f81706199bd0eb30e63f165 but regarding the payload.
I am sick and tired of those issues.

Developers need to run into an error if they are trying to make an AppImage from ingredients that are too new to be able to pass the automated AppImageHub tests. Otherwise I cannot handle the workload anymore.
