Keyboard not working

I'm using Ubuntu 17.10 Gnome, with firejail installed.
I use the daemon appimaged to scan and add AppImages to the gnome applications menu automatically, which it does fine.

My issue is, that when I launch the AppImage through Gnome, I can't use my keyboard in the app. In official apps like Kritia, or in unofficial apps like Spotify. Plus, when I try to launch the app without sand boxing it, nothing happens.

But, when I launch the AppImage via the command line everything is working smoothly.
