Use Build Stages to get runtimes for both archs into appimagetool AppImage

Now that appimagetool uses a runtime according to the detected architecture of the payload, we could probably use [Travis CI Build Stages](https://blog.travis-ci.com/2017-09-12-build-stages-order-and-conditions) to get runtimes for both archs into each appimagetool AppImage.
