[appimagetool] Remove or overwrite pre-existing .DirIcon

If there is a pre-existing `.DirIcon`, then `appimagetool` currently fails. It would be good if it would just remove or overwrite a pre-existing `.DirIcon` file instead, or at the very least give a clear error message.
