**Describe the bug**
When the battery reaches the desired percent state of charge, the system constantly cycles between charging and sailing, causing the indicator in the status bar to change from plugged in to not plugged in. It also causes the display to dim and not dim, which is very distracting. I believe this is what you would call microcharging.
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Set desired battery state of charge
2. Allow to charge to desired state
**Expected Behavior**
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
The constant flip-flop of charging / not charging stops and simply stays plugged in, as if the battery were full.
**Screenshots and Screen Recordings**
If applicable, add screenshots or screen recordings of the issue to help explain your problem.

Direção de pesquisa
Start by reviewing debug-screencap.zip together with the reported AlDente 1.38.1 settings, macOS Tahoe 26.6 details, and the charging behavior with both cable types and monitor states. Trace how the app handles reaching the desired charge percentage; done means the Mac remains in a stable plugged-in state without repeated charging/sailing transitions or display dimming changes.
