Version 1.38 has a delayed response when clicking the settings menu

- MacBook Model: MacBook Pro M1
- macOS Version: Sequoia 15.7.5 (24G624)
- AlDente Pro or AlDente Free: Pro
- AlDente Version: 1.38

**Describe the bug**
After upgrading to version 1.38, clicking any menu in the settings causes noticeable lag, and sometimes the click is unresponsive.
After reverting to version 1.37.3, the issue disappears.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Open the Alente settings interface
2. Click on any settings menu item on the left
3. The settings page appears with a delay

**Expected Behavior**
The settings page should respond immediately upon clicking, with no delay.
