Power Consumption Insights

I use AlDente regularly to monitor battery temperature, charging, and battery health. Sometimes I notice my battery draining faster than expected, but it's not easy to figure out which apps are causing it.

Right now I have to open Activity Monitor and manually check the Energy tab, which isn't very convenient.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
It would be great if AlDente could show which apps are using the most battery over time.

For example:

Top battery-consuming apps in the last 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
A simple breakdown of battery usage per app.
A quick summary accessible from the menu bar.

Since many users already open AlDente to check battery temperature and discharge information, having battery usage insights in the same place would be really useful.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Currently I use Activity Monitor, but it only gives me a snapshot of what's happening right now and isn't as convenient for tracking battery usage over time.
