[Bug] : LTR and RTR shows unusual behaviour for special characters

### Bug Description
If you look closely, while shifting the sentence to start from left or right using ltr & rtr, the special characters exchanges their position. Which seems unnatural.
### How to Reproduce
Write any sample text **with special characters** and use ltr & rtr.
### Expected Behavior
Special characters must also shift in the same way as normal alphabets & digits do.
