[Question] Why does `EditorStyle`'s `padding` wrap each block element instead of the entire editor?

I used `padding` of `EditorStyle` with the purpose of adding vertical padding to the entire editor. But the result was padding was added to each block component.

Don't block components already have a way to build their own styles? Thanks to `blockComponentBuilders`.
