Text cursor intermittently does not appear in the editor

### Bug Description

On macOS, clicking inside an AppFlowy text block does not consistently place the text cursor or focus the editor. Sometimes the formatting toolbar appears or the block is selected, but typing is impossible. Repeated clicks may eventually make the cursor appear. A screen recording demonstrating the issue is attached.

### How to Reproduce

1. Open an existing AppFlowy document containing multiple text blocks and lists.
2. Click at different positions inside existing text blocks to place the text cursor.
3. Click outside the block, then click inside another text block.
4. Repeat this several times across different paragraphs and list items.
5. Sometimes the text cursor does not appear and the editor does not receive focus, so typing is not possible.
6. After additional clicks, the cursor may eventually appear and typing works again.

The issue is intermittent. Please see the attached screen recording.

UPDATE: The issue also occurs after downgrading to a previous AppFlowy version, while keeping the same local data.

OBSERVATION: the issue does not occur on smaller pages. It starts only after the page reaches a certain amount or complexity of content. The affected page contains many text blocks, nested lists and toggle blocks. As more content is added, placing the text cursor becomes increasingly unreliable. Splitting the content into a new, smaller page initially resolves the problem.

### Expected Behavior

Clicking anywhere inside an editable text block should consistently focus the editor and display the text cursor at the clicked position, allowing the user to type immediately. The formatting toolbar should appear only when text is selected.
