[FR] Default property value

### Description

Whenever I add a new page in a grid, for example, I want to be able to set a default value.
As an example, If I manually log some events, the majority will be INFO logs, I want that Status -> INFO to be default, whenever I add data. A default value should be settable for any property.

### Impact

Less effort, more automation.
Impact might be low, though.
