[FR] Clickable comment hint for Code Block

### Description

When I add comments in the code block, I can see the comments in the side panel.
But ideally, the commented paragraph should have a yellow highlight, but nothing happens after I leave a comment inside the code block.

### Impact

The user who use the comment feature might not notice the comments that left in the codeblocks
