[Bug] The typed text disappears after a while

### Bug Description

When I create a new card and inputs information, the content disappears automatically after a short while
This issue happens randomly

### How to Reproduce

1. Create a new card in the Kanban board
2. Open the card and input information
3. Close the card window after entering the information
4. Reopen the card window, and the information disappears in about two seconds

### Expected Behavior

Keep the typed text
