[FR] Avoid printing "Enter / to insert a block or start typing"

### Description

When i start a page, i always:
- Put a # Title
- Blank line
- I write my content
I always see a Placeholder for the empty line.

It can result

I should have the placeholder only for the line where my cursor is.
