### Bug Description

Windows: The app crashes immediately when it starts
Android: it stays on the logo page infinitely

### How to Reproduce

Install the app and run

### Expected Behavior

It will run properly

### Operating System

Windows 11 25H2, Android(Honor 200)

v0.13.2, v0.12.0
