[Bug] Somehow couldn't close the peek window using ESC key

### Bug Description

Some peek windows could not be closed by using ESC key

### How to Reproduce

1. Open a peek window from the Kanban board
2. Press the ESC key to close the window
3. Most windows can be closed with ESC, but some cannot

### Expected Behavior

All windows can be closed by ECS

### Operating System

macOS
