[Bug] Workspace failed to load (Sequence number set backwards)

### Bug Description

When opening a local workspace after upgrade I got this error:

> Error details: Corruption: Sequence number is being set backwards during recovery, this is likely a software bug or a data corruption. Prev next seqno: 42549, current next seqno: 42073.

### How to Reproduce

Not sure what should be pre-upgrade conditions to reproduce this.

### Expected Behavior

Appflowy should open the workspace.

linux

### AppFlowy Version(s)

0.13.2 (from flatpak)

This workspace was restored over from a backup a few times while ago.
