[Bug] Unable to download files attached in comments

### Bug Description

My coworker attached a zip file in their comment, on a Row Page of a Kanban board. I am unable to download the attached file in comments in AppFlowy desktop app.

### How to Reproduce

1. Open AppFlowy desktop app
2. Create or Open a Kanban board
3. Open any row page or card in the board individually
4. Ask someone else to write a comment and attach a file along with it.
5. Observe that you will not be able to download the attached file.

Note: If I attach a file on my own machine, then I will be able to see open and download it.

### Expected Behavior

Attached files should be downloaded.
