[Bug] Code block cursor issue

### Bug Description

Inside a code block, pressing the Down arrow moves the cursor to the next line, but pressing the Up arrow causes the cursor to jump out of the code block and land on the block immediately preceding it.

### How to Reproduce

Press the up arrow key.

### Expected Behavior

I would like the Up arrow key to move the cursor to the line preceding the code block.
