[Bug] msg: Failed to fetch subscription data

i cant see preview screen for supcription, only i try to upgrae my plan, all this into app for mac

### How to Reproduce

i navigate into configuration to plan section, and always i see

### Expected Behavior

see the opction for upgrade my paln for add member
